Specialty Areas: Widely experienced in developing risk management and tax planning structures for middle market businesses in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, distrubutions, transportation, construction, hospitality, service industries and more. Tim has over ten years of experience in the implementation and management of capive insurance structures for both publicly held and private, middle market businesses.

Experience: Tim has been trained principally in federal, state and local and international tax, including the taxation of property and casualty insurance companies, through eleven years of association with “Big Four” firms and six years with a well recognized regional accounting firm. He has worked extensively in the manufacturing and distribution, hi-tech, construction, real estate, hospitality, and professional service industries. He gained his knowledge of captive insurance companies with the Big Four accounting firms and has implemented captives for both public and private clients. He also has worked extensively with actuaries and insurance risk professionals and understands the “language” of these professions.

Experience: Mr. Alberti has more than 17 years of experience in accounting, tax, audit, SEC reporting, treasury and international corporate finance. He has held various roles with publicly traded technology companies including VP Finance and Corporate Controller for a software company and International Controller and Corporate Accounting Manager for a semiconductor manufacturer. Sal began his career in public accounting, most recently serving as Tax Manager with a Big Four firm in San Jose. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of California.
